It's a more of a luxury guest house, and not a beach hotel or resort. Diani House is as close as you can get to being a 'resident - the garden being filled with monkeys, dik-dik, exotic birds, trees and plants. Many of them quite rare, e.g. Columbus monkeys who spend the day romping over the roofs and amongst the tall trees. With 250 feet of private beach stretching out to the reef in the distance you will felt very happy to be. Every morning at breakfast you decide what we wanted to eat that evening - nothing is too much trouble from exotic fish to simple pasta it was all delicious. For your kids the best feature is Doo-Doo, the manager's dog, who they fall in love with and you spent hours on the beach or in the sea swimming, snorkeling or body boarding. When you add that a swim with Dolphins at Wasini Island it was as close as you could get to paradise. The atmosphere at Diani House Guest House hotel is completely relaxed and it's a truly beautiful place to be. After a busy Kenya safari holiday it is superb to simply chill-out and be pampered in the luxury of Diani House. Lulu and the entire staff at Diani House makes you feel very welcome, very relaxed and safe. The meals were fabulous; the beach is beautiful, accommodation spacious and very clean. You feel fully relaxed with wonderful massage and reflexology at reasonable prices. All of the rooms at Diani House are individually furnished in a kind of African cottage way with pleasant colorful bed spreads, African curios and other arty decorations. The rooms are all en suite with ceiling fans, private verandah, great views and home feel.
